The The West End in conjunction with the City of Vancouver are seeking input on a proposed parklet at the current westbound bus station at Davie & Jervis. We will be providing space for community members to be consulted on this proposal. Please join us on Feb 11 from 10am-12pm.


FUNDED PROJECT: Supported by RobertsElementaryPAC, the Christine Fretwell and Kathryn Gibbons Memorial Gift to West End Students is donation for sports and/or music equipment which will be distributed using simplified participatory budgeting model. Project value: $20,000.


RobertsElementaryPAC City of Vancouver Vancouver School Board FUNDED PROJECT: Sidewalk replacement and repairs at six locations in the West End to remove tripping hazards and enhance safety. This project is designed to improve neighbourhood mobility for those who use walkers and wheelchairs. Project value: $30,000.


RobertsElementaryPAC City of Vancouver Vancouver School Board WECCA The West End West End Seniors' Network FUNDED PROJECT: Creation of a calisthenics space at Barclay Heritage Square (at the corner of Haro and Nicola Streets) to enable residents to pursue and maintain a simple but effective strength and skills workout through pull-up, parallel and wall bars. Project value: $50,000.
