A 41y old truck driver 12 d after polytrauma incl midface fractures. Tooth 🦷was mobilized from left lower lobe but too large for a tracheostomy tube (TT). Finally 🦷extracted after oral fiberoptic intubation via Willilams-intubator parallel to the TT.
