In my work with rural mothers, I have learned that breastfeeding isn't just a biological act. It is a daily decision made in silence, sacrifice, and strength. This week, I'm amplifying the call to prioritise breastfeeding and build systems that truly reach and empower mothers.

It’s time for young people to step up not to complain, but to act with knowledge, wisdom, integrity, and courage. Uganda’s abundant resources can only be transformed through sustainable systems and solutions built by learning from, not dwelling on, past mistakes. Glad to part.

My key takeaway from the session, turned into a question, is, are we making decisions with the next Generation in mind or with a short-term benefit/satisfaction in mind? And attention to global issues broadens perspective, sharpens vision, and equips us to lead with foresight.
