On Saturday I participated in Amnesty International Zimbabwe’s training on corporate governance. It was facilitated by Lucia Masuka & Patience, Amnesty International has equipped me with the necessary leadership skills and i hope more young people get the opportunity to be Part of enhancing conversations.

Here Sen Douglas Mwonzora explains that Section 328 of the Zimbabwean constitution was crafted to make sure term limits are not extended unless one goes to a referendum & he adds that Some MPs are agreeable to President of Zimbabwe’s potential term extension because they want to stay in parliament.

Opposition leader Linda Tsungirirai Masarira alleges that the payment for presidential candidates in the #2023Elections was exclusive “Elisabeth Valerio got the account number and when i asked her to give it to me, she said i can’t because the person who gave it to me said I shouldn’t” #ElectionsZW

During the elections “most people who wanted to pay in local currency failed because the account number was not available Dr. Sande-Kamanga, Sen Douglas Mwonzora were at nomination court , there was only an ecocash number which they knew would not accept the amounts,” Linda Tsungirirai Masarira #ElectionsZW

"Section 28 of the electoral act sets out procedures that need to be followed in order for one to be removed from the voter's roll & this procedure can not be done within a period of 30 days before the election," Dr. Sande-Kamanga #ElectionsZW

“When it comes to solving electoral disputes,The bench has to be aware that their decisions have an impact on the environment, if they are considered inadequate in solving electoral disputes, it will lead to pre and post electoral violence,” Dr. Sande-Kamanga #ElectionsZW
