What a shocking and appalling end to what should have been a celebratory day in Liverpool.

I want a Government that does a very short list of things, but does them very well. Protect our interests, protect our people, protect our border. Apart from that? Sod off, take less tax and generally just leave us alone. The state needs to do far less, far better. Please.

Is anybody else doubting the validity of the Indian plane crash survivor? For a person to “step out” of a plane and walk away without even a tear on his T-shirt seems odd to say the least. If you crash a bike at 100mph in leathers, you’d be in worse shape.
