There was never a “mandate” for #COVID19 vaccination in children or pregnant women. The risks of infection vary but are clearly non-zero, and getting the primary series has a substantial reduction in severe disease. This will make it harder for patients to choose to vaccinate.

This is the first step in questioning the safety of all vaccines. “Not recommended” means pediatricians won’t stock it and insurance won’t cover it. Good news for those wondering where MIS-C went …
