Bunch of learnings from the top 10 report but my favorite hobby horse - licensing! 18 months seems to be the sweet spot for a TV series. Look at Ballers. The juice had been all squeezed a year in - now it's set to depart and arguably, Netflix got what it wanted.

Can’t help but wonder about audience drop off given the elapsed time from S3, which is also the reason why certain cast members couldn’t return. I get that it was up to Sudeikis. But should’ve been a slam dunk greenlight S4/spinoff ready to premiere a year after finale.

Netflix hit 8.3% of US TV usage in June (up 13.5%), ranking 3rd behind YouTube (12.8%) and Disney (10.0%), per Nielsen. The jump was largely driven by #GinnyandGeorgia S3 & #SquidGame S3. Can #Wednesday S2 (Aug) or #StrangerThings' final season (Nov-Dec) top this growth?

It’s a tad odd to see Kevin Feige admit that under-performers The Marvels/#Thunderbolts struggled in part bc of needed familiarity with Disney+ characters/storylines…only for the studio to then stick Punisher in #SpiderMan #BrandNewDay. (Joint decision w/Sony, I know, but still)
