This week in topic we have been looking at builders. Rainbow room have used their fine motor skills to build and draw shapes of buildings. Sunshine room have been using their art skills to imitate Paul Klee’s painting of a castle.  They have also continued to build their car.

This week, Year 1 have baked our own bread! It was delicious! We are writing instructions on how to bake the perfect loaf.

This week in topic we have been looking at scientists.  The children in both rooms have been working on science experiments including investigating magic milk and making a lava lamp. Rainbow room have been making raisins dance and Sunshine room have been making clouds .

This week we have had a brilliant week learning about electricians. Fine motor activities used static energy and circuits. Sunshine room have been learning how circuits work and have used wires, batteries, lights, buzzers and motors in their circuits.

Class 7 boys are obsessed with Shakespeare at the moment. They are reading books together and discussing what they read. Such super star readers. #ReadAchieveSucceed

The Eco Team tasted radishes and strawberries straight from the plant today. Lovely to see the seeds they planted grow into food. Year 4 club joined us to paint pebbles and continue to enhance our beautiful courtyard. #TheHarmonyPledge #BeAnEcoWarrior
