A big thank you to Palace for Life for hosting the #PLPrimaryStars London Girls Football Festival. Greenleaf Primary School represented Leyton Orient Trust & were incredible reaching the quarter finals. Each London Team wore a kit donated to them from Premier League Communities & Nike #lofc

Reception have had a wonderful Greenleaf Journey Day. We loved dressing up in traditional outfits , learning how to say ‘hello’ in different languages and creating our journey creations ! Where are we travelling to today ? Jungle, moon or even outer space ??#eyfs

Reception have had a fabulous first week at school! We have been making new friends, getting used to routines and we've even had a go at remodelling our outdoor area - hmm... we'll need a bigger saw to redesign that climbing frame! #EYFS #outdoorplay #play

In Reception, we have been working in our Mini Allotment. We first learnt a rap all about weeds. Then , we went out searching for them. " No, no , weeds don't rule!" #eyfs #outdoorlearning

After finishing the weeding , Reception worked very hard to get the planters ready for seeds. Did you know, it's not just 'mud' that goes in there?... it's topsoil, soil, compost and so much more! HAPPY GARDENING! #eyfs #gardening #outdoorlearning

Reception have had a fabulous time at The Hive today! We went on a bear hunt, made bear caves, met some amazing animals and even saw a crocodile! Can you spot the crocodile? #eyfs #bearhunt #outdoorplay

Reception have been looking very carefully at seeds in fruit. Aah,that's where a lot of seeds come from ! Now that we know, we're going to try to gather some to plant in our Mini Allotment . Wow, we hope the seeds will grow and grow and grow ! #titch #artforkids #eyfs

Reception finally planted seeds ! The weeding, preparing of soil and learning about what plants need to grow was really helpful. Now, let's see if our seeds grow taller than Titch's! Whose seed will grow the tallest? Why? How? Let's observe! #eyfs #kidsgarden #outdoors

Reception had a fabulous day at London Sealife today! Sharks, jellyfish, turtles, stingrays,and more! Our learning around the Rainbow Fish story has really come to life... Now, we've met so many more of Rainbow Fish's friends from the deep sea! #eyfs #london #funforkids
