Year 6 became proud balloon parents today. Some nurtured them with love and care; others experienced…sudden losses. From heartfelt names to dramatic poppings, it’s been an emotional rollercoaster. Parenting is hard — especially when your child floats and fears stationery 👼🏻🎈🍼

Today we visited Beaumont-Hamel 🇨🇦 honouring Newfoundland’s WWI soldiers, followed by a stop at the Animal Memorial 🐾—a powerful reminder that animals also served and sacrificed. We ended with a moving trench simulation at the WWI underground museum🐀🪖 #LestWeForget Essex Echo
