Not a lot larger than a typical living & dining room. Open daily 8am to 5pm, till 4pm on Sundays. Walkable, neighbourly and convenient. You will see these small businesses come & go, there will be no onslaught of change. For a better city, they should be permitted.

This proposed Toronto zoning change “lives to serve another day” … in some form or another after some more consultation; however slowly this evolves, it will evolve toward a city wide land use pattern that is more convenient & offers more choice for more people in more places
