It's taken me a few days - and many Quest sideloads - but I'm starting to figure out the Unity XR Interaction Toolkit (docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.u…). Was able to get basic Teleportation configured before the weekend! Will certainly be using this with VR/AR projects moving forward.
