Group Ginger have submitted a planning application on behalf of @pavers_shoes to extend their existing York Head Office at Northminster Business Park. The £6 million environmentally-conscious design creates vibrant environments with co-working and social areas for 300 staff.

Group Ginger are working with a private client to design a trio of three storey mews houses on a derelict site in Compton, York. Working within the tight constraints of the site, the attic storey has been set back to minimise massing and maintain the residential street front.
