Extremely sad to hear of the death of Anthony Ryan Carter, better known as ‘Tosh’. He was the boss of Rabid Records and the man who made ‘Jilted John’ a hit back in ‘78. Tosh also launched the careers of John Cooper Clarke, Slaughter and the Dogs, Frank Sidebottom and others.
