This visit from two footballers (and mum!) was a blast! One of our dads is a retired premiership football player who came to share his journey, and his son currently plays for Liverpool FC Youth team. The visit just had to end with a game of football. ⚽️

Tomorrow is the day! We can’t wait to see you all at our summer fair from 3.15. There will be lots to keep you busy!

We’re set for a hot day tomorrow with temperatures predicted to be up to 29 degrees. Leave the school ties and jumpers at home, slap on the sun cream and hats and fill those water bottles! We’ll make sure the children keep as cool and as hydrated as they can. ☀️

We’re all set up and ready to open at 3.15. Don’t forget your coins!

Today our whole school has enjoyed ‘moving up’ to their next class. It has been lovely seeing lots of smiling children and teachers. It was also great to welcome our new children into nursery and reception. We hope our Year 6 children enjoyed their visits to high school too. ♥️

We’re in the business of learning, and everyday is a school day, even for Headteachers! A really interesting day finding out how to make the teaching and learning experiences at GSP even better!

We’ve checked the field and although it’s a little damp, we’re going ahead with the KS1 & 2 sports day. Wake up, shake up from 8.30 on the playground everyone!!!

What a great morning we have had at the KS1 & 2 Sports Day. It was great fun and the children all performed brilliantly, as did the parents and staff in the tug o war!! Huge congratulations to St Andrew’s House 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 who were the winning team for 2025!
