Last month SMS Lab has participated in #BF2024 RSEF with contributions of Miguel Anaya Martín in 2D materials, Sol Fernández Muñoz, Guadalupe Vega and Miguel Anaya Martín in Energy transition and Victoria in Quantum Technologies Simposia. Last week the SMS Lab participated in the #GEFES2025 meeting GEFES RSEF with oral contributions from Victoria and Guadalupe Vega, as well as posters from Jaime Bueno, Sol Fernández Muñoz and Carmen Hidalgo Montero. Such amazing days in Oviedo!

Congratulations to all the amazing women at SMS Lab on another #11F2025! There is still a long way to go to achieve equality and empowerment for all women and girls, but we are doing our part to make a difference.

SMS Lab has organised several activities in high schools of Seville Ayuntamiento de Sevilla, Lucena Ayuntamiento de Lucena and Munera to disseminate the work of women/girls in research. It is crucial to inspire the next generation of researchers with real examples of #womeninscience #11F2025 ☀️👩‍🔬
