From 2005-15, 19 children were killed because of unsafe contact with abusive parents. Two of those were Jack and Paul Sykes, the sons of my constituent Claire Throssell MBE. I was honoured to have Claire present for my Westminster Hall debate on presumption of contact earlier today

We continue to campaign for an end to the presumption of contact and stand in support of Claire Throssell MBE and her tireless campaigning. Thanks to Dr Marie Tidball MP for continuing to press this issue.
