Final results with a great discussion. Really interesting that 75% of people preload in STEMI, NSTEMI, or both. Is there a positive trial that specifically tested preloading vs. not? I don't think so. Probably very challenging to show a difference in contemporary practice.

Sunil V. Rao Exactly- that’s what I meant by it tested a lot more than that. And the median time from enrollment to cath was 9 days. But I think if you trace it back, that’s where the preloading guideline comes from.
