First paper on twisted amide polymerization from the Gutekunst Group now out in J. Am. Chem. Soc.! Congrats Mizhi and Liangbing! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ja… Also thanks to Luis M. Campos for getting us back on Twitter

Happy 33rd Birthday to the Gutekunst Group bossman himself, Will Gutekunst! #birthday #yearofthearsenic

Nice use of norbornadiene in polymer functionalization from the Craig J. Hawker, FRS group, and definitely a good application of protected Diels-Alder chemistry to make complex systems!

(1/3) It’s been a summer of metathesis for the Gutekunst Group. Congrats to Tianqi on her Polymer Chemistry paper showing how to use enynes in Pulsed-Addition ROMP to reduce ruthenium loadings! pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

(2/3) Mizhi, Krista, and Aja break down the origins of strain in twisted amides Chemical Science. For ROMP, all you need is resonance! pubs.rsc.org/en/content/art…

(3/3) And just accepted into Angewandte Chemie - Liangbing, Sui, and Alex use enynes to make degradable metathesis polymers. Congrats to the entire team! onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…

Our first paper of 2020 is online! Eliot & Alexandra photopolymerized electron-deficient Grignards without a transition-metal catalyst. We used the wavelength selectivity to make an all-conjugated n-type diblock. First at ChemRxiv, read it in Angewandte Chemie onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/an…

Many thanks to Will Gutekunst Gutekunst Group for writing this beautiful Previous for our recent recyclable polythioester work in the latest issue of Chem : Mixing Physical Organic Chemistry with Monomer Design Gives New Recyclable Materials cell.com/chem/fulltext/…

Our review about oligomer materials was just published Journal of Polymer Science! A great collaboration with the Meijer group, Craig J. Hawker, FRS and Gutekunst Group!
