How can ileum be inflamed but ileal biopsy “normal? Strange! Wonder if GI saw ulcers, erythema or what. Good luck to your friend/ her child in getting answers.

If I were mom, I would seek out an IBD center at a Children's Hospital or research Hospital. And I would ask if there is a treatment that can be started because honestly this sounds like UC.
