Today, we celebrate Menstrual Hygiene Day. We're proud to share that we've distributed washable and disposable sanitary pads to over 5,000 adolescent girls in Seke District, both in school and out of school.

GWEN hosted a community cinema session at Faith Learning Centre, engaging 57 adolescent girls and boys. The session aimed to raise awareness on sexual and reproductive health rights, child sexual exploitation, gender-based violence, and teen pregnancy. #YouthAwareness

Present at the session was the DSD, which led the discussion with the teenagers on the importance of reproductive health rights, taking responsibility to prevent teen pregnancies and the proper procedures for reporting cases of sexual exploitation and gender-based violence
