It is found in the northern parts of Nigeria. Although, most of the Wheatears are ground dwelling birds, the Black-eared Wheatear prefers to perch on shrubs and trees. It is mainly an insectivorous bird that also feeds on berries and seeds. #wheatears #drysavannabirds
