💰Due to delays to retrofit works, Harrow Council have made a £600 payment to cover winter fuel bills. 😡BUT they've excluded tenants who aren't part of the legal claim. ✏️We've written to the Council to make it clear we ALL deserve to be able to heat our homes this winter.

🤒 Medact's new report confirms what many tenants know from experience: poor housing conditions are harming our health. 👊 The solution: build good-quality council homes, create mass retrofit programme, enforce Decent Homes Standard, implement rent controls
