Our preprint by Mikayla Richter et al. is out! We used hPSCs to model chemo-induced ENS damage. We performed a screen & found disease mechanisms, the susceptible neuronal subtypes and a drug candidate that prevents chemo-induced enteric neuropathy in mice. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
