This outcome would never be possible without the support and mentorship of Sam.Payabvash and Dr. Wintermark. I cannot thank you both enough, and I am so grateful and excited for this opportunity!

Excited to share our work in The Journal of Arthroplasty looking at >850 patients with Cerebral Palsy undergoing THA. Patients with CP experienced higher odds of post-op complications (UTI, pneumonia, fracture) but had similar implant survival at 5yrs (>94%) vs. matched controls #orthotwitter

New research from Jonathan Grauer and Harold (Gregory) Moore, MD published by AAOS investigated more than 20 years of injuries associated with cell phone usage and found that orthopaedic injuries had increased substantially in that time. #medtwitter #orthotwitter bit.ly/3jsENPz

Our latest research, with Jonathan Grauer Harold (Gregory) Moore, MD from Yale Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation via Arthroplasty Today : “Total Joint Arthroplasty #TJA in 435 Patients With #Achondroplasia: Comparison of 90-Day Adverse Events and 5-Year Implant Survival” arthroplastytoday.org/article/S2352-…

Go listen to Harold (Gregory) Moore, MD present our work at #AACPDM2021 Free Paper Session G today, 3pm. I hope Benjamin Shore goes easy on him. AACPDM Yale Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation #YaleCPProgram #CerebralPalsy #hipreplacement #totalhip

Pleased to share this newly published work regarding the outcomes of #CerebralPalsy #CP patients having #HipReplacement #THA. Largest patient cohort to date, great outcomes overall at 5 years. Grateful for the contributions of Harold (Gregory) Moore, MD and collaborators on this project!!

Happy to share the results of our latest work published in The Journal of Arthroplasty! Patients experiencing complications after their first hip/knee replacement had higher odds of switching surgeons for their contralateral joint replacement. Lee E. Thank you to Official JAAOS for publishing our latest work! Patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndromes undergoing THA have ~3x higher odds of prosthetic dislocation compared to their matched peers. Lee E. Rubin, M.D., FAAOS, FAAHKS, FAOA David Frumberg #orthotwitter journals.lww.com/jaaos/Fulltext…
