We joined more than 200 students at Job Corps Chicago for their final Resource Fair, helping them connect with employers and explore new career paths. HIRE360 is grateful for the opportunity to support students as they begin this next chapter!

As part of our support for community and faith-based organizations, we joined the Westside Ministers' Coalition to discuss urgent issues impacting local families. We’re grateful to be part of conversations and the work alongside community leaders like Rev. Dr. Phalese Binion.

Our Take Charge EV candidates, powered by our partnership with ComEd had an unforgettable experience with the cta! Participants took a behind-the-scenes tour of CTA’s Electric Bus operations, learned about the future of sustainable transit and explored career opportunities.

We teamed up with the CHA for its annual skilled-trades career outreach event, bringing aspiring tradespeople face-to-face with contractors and training partners. Together, we strengthen Chicago’s talent pipeline and create real economic opportunity for residents.

More than 300 CPS - Chicago Public Schools counselors visited 8 apprenticeship training centers as part of the Aviation Careers Partnership, a collaboration between HIRE360, CPS, Chicago Teachers Union, and the Chicago Department of Aviation, to guide students toward long-term career opportunities.

This Independence Day, we reflect on building a stronger, more sustainable future right here in Illinois. With over $100 billion in construction projects ahead, HIRE360 is training skilled workers and supporting local businesses to ensure construction opportunities for all.

We joined Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center as they celebrated 10 years of service on Chicago’s West Side! Their work providing holistic support for individuals in recovery is nothing short of inspiring. Thanks to State Rep. La Shawn K. Ford and RainbowPUSHCoalition Chairman Martin King for being part of the celebration!

From electric vehicles to digital tools, in partnership with ComEd, our Take Charge Program explored EV conversions with SELOC, and hosted an EV Careers panel about clean energy. We also offered a hands-on Bluebeam software class led by Jack Fischer with Related Midwest.

Celebrating progress in the trades and clean energy! We joined ComEd and Alderwoman Jeylú B. Gutiérrez to recognize 20 local job seekers who graduated from the Take Charge Program. Congratulations to all the graduates, including Dagoberto Castillo, who is joining the Mechanics Union Local 701!

Another Climate Works Pre-Apprenticeship grad is on the path to a great career! Congrats to Nathan Gray, now with Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 157 in Danville. After years as a truck driver, he’s building a future in the skilled trades!

We just launched the Illinois Works Pre-Apprenticeship Program in Will County with 20 motivated candidates ready to start their journey in the skilled trades. Big thanks to Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Union Local 21 for hosting our group as part of their hands-on learning!

This Sunday, HIRE360 is joining New Faith for a special Career Opportunities in Trades presentation as part of Youth Month 2025. After service, we will speak with the youth group about HIRE360 and share how young people can launch careers in the union construction trades!
