🚫 Cuts to global HIV programmes puts 20 years of life-saving progress in jeopardy. The path to ending #HIV is increasingly uncertain. This is a defining moment, and the time to act on HIV is now! European Commission must show leadership and dedicate funding to make up for this gap.
