#BlackHistoryMonth Saxon Studio International is a world renowned reggae sound system which began operating in Lewisham, South London in 1976. The training ground for Smiley Culture, Maxi Priest and Tippa Irie, Saxon helped bring British reggae onto Top of the Pops.

We continue to raise awareness of menopause and the impact the condition has on the lives of women within Cookham Wood by encouraging staff to speak out and provide support to their colleagues. #WorldMenopauseDay

We celebrated Men's Mental Health Day with a talk from a fellow colleague who described the struggles & challenges that he's faced with his own mental health and how he was helped by a colleague who noticed this and pointed him in the direction of help #askforhelp #reachout
