Yesterday the Lords Committee on Justice and Home Affairs visited HMP Belmarsh @HMPBelmarsh and HMP/YOI Isis HMPIsis as part of its ongoing prisons inquiry. Members spoke to prisoners, staff and governors about their experiences and their views on prison culture.
