Last week, we organised a visit from DHL for prisoners to learn about the job opportunities available upon release to help aid successful rehabilitation. It was a success - "It made me confident to want to reach out on my release to see what opportunities they can offer me."

Thankyou to Greene King, The Right Course & @newfutrsnet for supporting our cooking competition. 12 dishes were designed & presented to a panel of 6 judges - the creativity & enthusiasm shown was outstanding & the event opened participants eyes to Hospitality as a career choice.

This week, alongside @newfutrsnet and our Employment Advisory Board, we held our Unlocking Employment event, inviting local employers to meet industry leaders - Timpson's and @kielybros, to find out more about best practice when employing prison leavers.

This week, Unlock My Life trained prisoners in mental health peer support skills - building confidence, resilience & a positive mindset. All key to reducing reoffending.👏 The session truly inspired the prisoners & we're excited to embed this programme at HMP Lincoln.
