(1/2) Item 8d is HMR Local Authority Urgent & Emergency Care Support Fund, on 8 Sept 2023 the government announced a grant fund would be made available to Adult Social Care (ASC) to support the resilience of urgent & emergency care services this winter.

(2/2) enabling additional hospital discharges, & where possible prevent hospital admission or readmission. Local Authorities were asked to submit a bid describing how ASC would utilise either 100% of funding or 150% of funding if allocated. Read more here: bit.ly/3vKGsbA
