After a very January-ish start to January, I think this month has just turned a corner. Brilliant work stuff, a tennis match, then a day spent in crisp blue skies, pulling down a greenhouse Holly Mount Orchard.

Now you see it…. Now you don’t! Belting volunteer effort this weekend to remove our long beleaguered greenhouse. Fantastic team spirit and community action. Next step, a new cabin…..!!!

Today from 13.30, I shall be helping out with the winter pruning Holly Mount Orchard in Greenmount, Bury and doing a quick tutorial for anyone who's interested in learning more about pruning principles. Do come along if you're in the area. Looks like it'll be a lovely afternoon.
