⚾️ Good morning - note from Holly: Current state of baseball. 6U, 8U & 9U We will resume our practices this weekend as per the original schedules for all teams. However games for 6U and 8U will be canceled for the coming week. We will resume the schedule on Sunday June 18th.

Reasons for the delayed start: Portable toilets are not in place, grass has not been mowed, coaches meeting was canceled and has been rescheduled for this coming Tuesday, uniforms have not been distributed yet so many who can't come this weekend won't have them in time to play.

9U will practice as per the schedule. Sundays June 11 away games in Prospect are cancelled. Season games will start on Mon Jun 12 at Highland. All uniforms are stored at Highland so easy to catch the 9U players before their games.

All house & rep teams will resume practices. Pls confirm with coaches when and where. Reminder if you have your regular practice time at Highland, I would have assigned a new location for this weekend as the younger groups were scheduled to be there June 10 and 11.

Challenger Baseball will start as scheduled on June 18th. These last 2 weeks have been overwhelming for so many. I hope the slow return to our favorite summer sport will allow for some normalcy for everyone. If parents need anything from me, please let me know. Thanks Holly
