😃Happy to support the veterans on 30 March at Caswell Beach who were cold water dipping for a Swansea University study into the benefits in relation to PTSD. BBC Cymru Fyw were there too. A very interesting pilot study the first of its kind. High Sheriffs' Association of England and Wales

Last weekend our first publicly accessible Critical Bleed Control Kit was used in Swansea to stem a catastrophic bleed. Thank you Steve for helping Matthew.
