Yesterday, HUN-REN BRC was represented by Viktor Honti, Erika Gábor, Gábor Csordás and Dóra Balogh of the Institute of Genetics, at the #ScienceExpo. The fruit fly, used as a humanized disease model, was presented to the audience in a live microscopic, interactive presentation.

Congratulations to Dalma Feil-Börcsök on the successful defense of her PhD thesis (Investigation of the role of the Sorting nexin 25 homolog Snazarus in the endosomal system in fruit fly garland nephrocytes)! Dalma completed her PhD work in the laboratory of Gábor Juhász.
