Back to school dreams have started. So far: - I lost my voice and couldn’t remember how to teach. - A class were so badly behaved that I started crying and screaming in the middle of the room. - I projected my private emails with student information onto the whiteboard.

Anyone have any recommendations of books/podcasts for overcoming negative thoughts and getting out of your own head?

It’s two days before the start of a new school year, so of course I have to get rid of about 5 bin bags of clutter from the house I started cleaning about 7 hours ago.
