Great night at the Portland Strawberry Festival, Garth Brooks tribute band with a few thousand of our friends. Come join us tomorrow for the main event, 5K and pancakes in the morning, festival all day downtown, then parade at 4 pm. Fun for everyone. Well done Portland Chamber
