It's day 2 of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. Today, students are focusing on mindfulness. Research suggests that just 10-20 minutes of colouring a day can reduce anxiety & stress, promote a state of mindfulness and potentially improves cognitive functioning and focus. Give it a go!

It's day 4 of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and today's tip is Mindful Journaling. This is the writing in a journal while being fully present and aware of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Give it a go!

It's the final day of our #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and today's focus is on mindfulness drawing. This simple, creative activity encourages focus, self-expression and relaxation helping to manage anxiety. No artistic skills required just pen, pencil, paper.

Huge congratulations to our Year 13 students who triumphed at the 3rd Annual Worshipful Company of Information Technologists Children's Hackathon! The challenge this year was to make education more effective using today's technology. They received their prizes from the Headteacher. #winners

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, our incredible Sixth Form students took the initiative to raise funds for MIND UK. They organised a bake sale and raised £93.88 to support mental health services. We're proud of their efforts and the positive impact they're making.
