There is a renewed push for African States to enact the Model Law on Cross Border Insolvency which gives room for States to make necessary adjustments. Importantly, we should revisit our received national Maritime frameworks and discuss regional necessities. Dr Hamiisi J Nsubuga CIRIP Ghana
