This week, I was delighted to win 1st prize for my presentation at the Wellcome-Wolfson Institute Experimental Medicine 3rd Year PhD Symposium on the role of circadian disruption in diabetic retinopathy. It has been a really fantastic meeting so far this year at #ARVO2023 in New Orleans, with so many exciting new findings to learn about and so many talented researchers to meet! Thank you QUB Scholarships & Awards for your support to attend this meeting!


It was an honour to join other WVUK members at the #WEAVR luncheon, thank you Prof Mariya Moosajee! Thank you also to Dr Karen Allison for her impactful and moving keynote lecture on how incredibly important equity is in healthcare. It was an ARVO 2023 highlight for me.
