Congratulations to Zara Shah-Fuente, Madi Dooley, Molly Adams, and Henry Kneas for being selected to the SC All State Orchestra. They performed on Feb 23 and played impressive music. Zara had the distinct honor of being 1st chair, 1st violin, the best in the state this year.

We are so proud of our scholars for representing Hand at the Unified Champions Rally at the Statehouse!

Friday will be the last day of classes for students before Spring Break begins Monday, April 14 and runs through Friday, April 18. As a reminder, Monday, April 21 will be an eLearning day (hurricane makeup day) for students. Students will return to school Tuesday, April 22.

On Fri, May 16, our very own L. Alston, FACS teacher, was featured on Soda City Live to share about the blanket community service project she leads with our FACS scholars. We are grateful for Ms. Alston’s leadership, dedication, and the example she sets for our scholars.

Our very own Teacher of the Year, J. Sidhu, had the honor of throwing out the first pitch at last night's Teacher Appreciation Fireflies game! She did an outstanding job! A huge thank you to the PTO for organizing this final fundraiser of the school year—fun was had by all!
