Very grateful to the Hanadiv Europe Foundation for granting me a two-year funded postdoctoral position at The University of Manchester, starting January 2025. My new project will explore the meaning of Holocaust-era objects in private and domestic/familial archives.

A little late, but I am deeply grateful to the StanleyBurtonCentre for enabling me to attend this years Memory Studies Association conference in the amazing city of Lima, Peru. I learned so much from being in this part of the world, and met remarkable people involved in the protection of memory here.


A privilege to have presented my research yesterday, and be part of the two week workshop here at US Holocaust Museum on the subject of Property, Possessions, and the Moral Materialities of Holocaust Justice”. Fascinating discussions and presentations by new and old friends.


Applications for the Older People and the Holocaust Workshop are due on 9 September! This is a partnership between JewishClaimsCon RHUL Holocaust Research Institute US Holocaust Museum and The Wiener Holocaust Library for doctoral students and early career researchers.
