Just before Christmas our young engineer Connor headed over to Wrexham to complete a service and thorough examination on a Mitsubishi reach truck. The truck was in great working condition with only the battery cells needing chain spray and grease.

Paul quickly discovered that a customer's truck was needed a new alternator so he quickly ordered one through our parts department. Once the new alternator had arrived we arranged a time that was convenient for the customer so that we could revisit the site and install it.

Sometimes a truck can be repaired with just a quick trip to site from one of our engineers. This CombiLift truck in Bromborough suffered a snapped wire on the seat switch through wear and tear. Our engineer Paul was on site and resolved the problem within an hour.

Our engineer Ian headed over to Flint last week to complete some repairs on a Bendi truck. The main lift pipe was replaced, the hydraulic motor was cleaned up, a new hub level plug was applied and the bonnet bracket bolt was replaced. All this was completed in under three hours.
