Dice night 🎲🎅 Not even sure how this started, but it’s somehow become tradition that on our final Tuesday session before Christmas the distance of each rep is decided by rolling a giant, foam dice.

First race results of 2024 from Sheffield indoor BMC today. Holly finished 3rd in women’s 800m A race with an indoor PB of 2:11.92 Reiss ran an impressive 3k PB with a time of 8:25.40. Andrew started his season off well running 3:55.48 in the 1500 A race. 🥥
