Well done! ๐ This The Guardian 5* review of the new exhibition at @Ikon is well deserved. Huge congratulations to everyone involved - the gallery is simply going from strength to strength ๐

The funniest, laugh-out loud article I'll read today without doubt ๐คฃ Thank you Marina Hyde - you are simply wonderful.

Felt like an absolute privilege to be part of this celebration Ewan Fernie - Caroline's drive, tenacity, enthusiasm and passion with Birmingham Royal Ballet made such an impact in Birmingham. We miss her but are grateful for everything she did - our lives are richer. What an inspirational woman.

An excellent turnout from the super Birmingham: Edgbaston Labour Party volunteers today. Met some new residents on the Welsh House Farm Estate ๐

20 years after closure of Longbridge site it's good to be here with Laurence Turner and my Council colleague Debbie Clancy on what's going to be a much needed site for new housing. Great news for Birmingham and our housing partners.

The school room where Shakespeare studied! A brilliant day with Ayub Khan MBE - thank you to the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust for inviting us to celebrate his (Shakespeare 's) birthday!

Brilliant to be out this morning with Chris Knight - the The Labour Party candidate for Leamington Brunswick. He is going to make an excellent County Councillor!

Thank you Lord Mayor of Birmingham for hosting this gathering, which I attended with Sharon Thompson๐น๐ฐ๐ณ. A really useful discussion had with our Irish Delegation partners. A super way to end the working week!

Really pleased to hear that Compton Verney has been shortlisted for 'Art Fund Museum of the Year 2025'. An absolute regional gem - visited recently and blown away by the place!

Brilliant result as Birmingham Labour Group vote for @LeeMarsham as Chair of Planning ๐

An excellent, productive afternoon had with Birmingham: Edgbaston Labour Party campaigners in and around Leahurst Crescent in Harborne. We were able to update residents on the waste dispute and other matters.
