Great work Raph, Trevor and Floss and everyone at Search & Rescue Dog Association Ireland North. It was fantastic working with you and our colleagues in Lancashire, Scotland and Tyne and Wear. You did a great job. Looking forward to the next one 🐕 😁👍

Considering 12 inches of water moving at 6mph can move a standard sized car, it always baffles me when I see people in the UK drive through flood water. It would appear this flash flood or burst banks caught people off guard.

This little 7 month old Shar Pei "Sasha" was very lucky yesterday. It fell from the top of a quarry and landed on a small ledge 50 ft up. Crews from Glengormley and Ballyclare worked well with the Rescue Team to get her back to her owner. #dogs #dogrescue #roperescue

The seals are regulars on Strangford Lough, but the dolphins were a bonus today during our powerboat for rescue training. #dolphin #sealife

Parents and carers - please remind your children not to jump into open water. Not only could there be hidden obstacles under the surface, but the water can be incredibly cold even on a hot day. Many drownings every year are caused by cold water shock orlo.uk/ejRCG

Cliffs may look sturdy, but don't be fooled. When walking along the coast, stay safe with these tips. • Stay away from the edge ⛰️ • Keep your dog on a lead 🦮 • In an emergency, call 999 and ask for the Coastguard 📱 RNLI  #RespectTheWater #999Coastguard
