Nocturnal listening on Wheldrake Ings with TJ MOVED TO BLUESKY paid off with a Night-heron flying east at 21.50 near Tower Hide + 2 greenshank before. No spotted crakes yet. BirdGuides York Birding LDV NNR

First Greenshank of the year for me. Staveley today. Yorkshire Wildlife Trust - North Yorkshire Quite the party with a single shot including Avocet, m and f Pintail, 2 x Blackwits, Greenshank (plus 2 x Little Ringed Plover were only just out of shot stage left.)
