World Health Organization (WHO)'s World Malaria Report is out - and it's a sobering read. There were an estimated 263Β million cases and 597Β 000 malaria deaths worldwide in 2023. This represents about 11Β million MORE cases in 2023 compared to 2022, and nearly the same number of deaths. Approximately 95%
