今年のノーベル賞にもなったAlphaFoldを活用して輸送体タンパク質の構造変化を予測し、各種機能解析で予測検証をした論文を発表しました。AlphaFoldを自分の研究に活用したいが具体的にどう使えばいいのかわからないという生命科学研究者にオススメです。京大三木研と復旦王研との共同研究になります。
