PHEH development school was Bordon Fire Station tonight, great turn out of 20 firefighters including from other groups Romsey Fire Station Droxford Fire Station Botley Fire Station, thanks for coming along it’s great to see new faces. #Pumping #ladders #lighting #learning

Great turn out again last night, special thank you to Southsea Fire Stn and Cosham Fire Station for their help with the session. A night of Hazmat, crews got to wear GTS and go through the Decon shower and render IEC to casualties. Well done everyone🚒🔥


Massive thank you to Southsea Fire Stn white watch for organising and running high rise familiarisation for RDS stations in the PHEH group today. Very informative and everyone took something away from the session. #everydaysaschoolday🔥🚒



Another great learning session tonight hosted by HIWFRS Learning & Development, RTC input on vehicle relocation and stabilisation. Firefighters also got to look around a new P6 and learn about some of its capabilities. Thanks Rob and Jonjoe.

Dev school was Cosham Fire Station where the firefighters had TRIM input and an evening of Hazmat. Crews practiced dressing and undressing in GTS, blue watch then did a demo of the decon shower before crews were put through their paces with a scenario of a chemical spill.


Last night dev school was hosted by Southsea fire station, it was an intense and busy night for Grayshott Fire Stn FF Hanrahan for his development sign off drills which he passed with flying colours. Combined drills all round great effort from all🚒👍🏻🔥


Tonight’s dev school was held Southsea Fire Stn where 2 of our firefighters completed and passed their final sign off drills with top performances. Also did BA scenario drill along with pumps ladders and some pre Mod A initial drills for our new starters. Well done everyone tonight👍🏻🚒
